Refund policy

We do not offer returns, all sales are final. However we can exchange the products you ordered for other products that we have in stock.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at metrowholesalesd@gmail.com. Please note that all exchanges will need to be sent to the following address and have shipping paid for to ship the new items back to your address. Our address for exchanges is 1606 W Frontage Rd, Chula Vista, CA 91911.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to metrowholesalesd@gmail.com to start an exchange, one of our team members will get your order situated as fast as possible. 


Refunds
All refunds must be completed before the order is shipped out. Once the products have been shipped to you, we do not offer refunds on the products. However if the item you order is out of stock and you wish to be refunded instead of exchange the items for new items, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
